Default 99 Scrambler 500 prob

Hi everyone. new here. looking for a solution. I have a 99 scrambler 500 4x4. Wont start . Gets spark, gets gas . Just wont turn over and run. I've rebuilt the carb had it running for 3 days . Then a cold front came in , wont start. I've drained the gas 3 times. used gas from diffrent places, ( thinking it was bad gas. Nothing. I use stabil and dry gas each time. Also tested gas in other machines with sucess. Changed the plug , no sucess. The plug comes out wet . Is there a safety shut off iI can test. Someone mentioned to me today about a low oil shut off switch. Any advice would be help full. Also any advice on rebuilding back caliber.

If the plug comes out wet, maybe the float is sticking or has a flaw to small to see?? Make sure the choke plunger is closed fully and the same look for flaws in the sealing/seating area... also the carb design has that goofy vacuum system. Make sure all of the diaphrams are good, does the slide move smoothly through it's full operating range? Just some ideas to toss around
