Default polaris plow not impressed

Brand new rcr 60" on the 800. 1.5 hours of plowing and i lost a shoe and the cutting edge is worn out on one end allready. I have to find hardened steel or thicker edge. The stock edge is a joke. This was plowing on gravel and dirt. And yes i did remove the other shoe when i noticed 1 missing. Also dont hit snow banks while the blade is in the turned position it will will bend the plow frame. Mine is slightly tweeked. Thought they would be built a little better. But then again i am a heavy equiptment opperator and used to over built caterpillers. On the up side, the 800 has plenty of power and weight to do the job though. Oh yes the springs are set as loose as they go.

That seems to be the consensus, which is why I have a Moose County plow ordered. 'Hope I'm not disappointed, too.

I plowed about 10-12"s of snow on Thursday and had no problems at all With my Glacier 2 Setup. I also have an 800. Although one of my skid shoes wouldnt stay tight and i plowed mostly blacktop. Maybe its the dirt road and gravel it cant handle.
