Default Problem tightening the center chain

Hi, i notice my front chain was a little loose so I decide to tighten the center chain first. well I ran into a problem, i was trying to tighten it by inserting a punch and move the wheeler backwards. where you insert the punch, I broke it last time so there isn't really a place to put the punch...I was trying to hold under the punch and push the wheeler back and heard a snap. I crack the front center sprocket in 2. I guess its time to purchase a new center chain and sprockets. does anyone have any tips on tightening the center chain? any help is much appreciated.

Also, any remember a website where I can purchase sprockets and chain? O-ring or non o-ring?

Thanks and happy holidays!

Sbishop
