Default Starter removal help

I have searched the threads, but no match. My sportsman 700 (03) has a bad starter. I need to remove it. I see 2 long small bolts holding it on. Is that all there is to removing it, or is it more in depth than that??? Help please.

Its pretty simply. Just take your battery cables loose at the battery and then at the starter. Then the 2 bolts holding the starter on then slide it out.l

Default Starter removal help

I have the 2 bolts off and the cable disconnected but it's not coming off. Does it need to be twisted or persuaded?

Default Starter removal help

I got it out, used a pry bar and just tapped it lightly while twisting and pulling. The starter was seized at the bearing, I cleaned it up and greased it good. Turns over easy now. I guess those 2 o-rings don't stop dirt and grime from getting in there. Anyone else have a problem like this?
Thanks for the help guys.
