To Winch or not to Winch ?

I can't see it as being affected much. I went multi mount so I could swap and such, but the winch tucks under the bumper quite nicely!

I'd be interested in seeing pics as well. 600 dollars for a mounting system? That seems a little steep. How hard would it be to fabricate? How much does the winch itself weigh? Thanks.

20% dealer discount got complete kit 2500# winch and remote, front and rear mounts for a total of just over $600.

Brackets are not really fancy, but fit well, and are very well built.

You will likely add 35# or so. One bracket is 6.5# and other is 3.5# IIRC

Winch on bracket with roller was 25#???

To these brackets, you can add other accessories like tow bars, tow hooks, gas can carriers etc.
