I have a 2003 scrambler that when I turn the key all it does is click. I replaced the battery and made sure i get power to the starter when the key is turned to the start position. I am unsure were I should look from here?

 

Have you measured the voltage at the solenoid as well and at the starter? The brushes in the starter could be stuck.

 

Try jumping around the solinoid and if that makes it crank the solonoid is bad if not it is time for a starter.

 

thanks for your help the brushes in the starter were froze up.
