If your belt is barely moving because of some friction between the belt and primary that is ok, it should not be spinning with the primary. EBS should not be spinning at all.

both of my atvs turn under idle both primary and secondary not at full speed but they do i thing the lil bit is normal nothing to worry about i had a brand new priamry put on and it still did it shifts fine and my idle isn't up 2 high doen't move at idle in gear i feel that if your trans is easy to spid then it would spin because teh belt is always toching the front even when it is turned off there is always a lil friction there you can't get rid of.

i dont know for anybody else, but i havent had any shifting issues, no grinding, no other bad things happened and its funny that all brand new polaris sportsmans do the same thing w/ the clutches that i have had, so i guess im not worried about it. my case is closed too!</end quote></div>
