Hmmm, that is interesting too, but there is alot
more reporting on this than that incident of the
childs face. Hey man, whatever floats your boat.

My old man, uses gasoline to clean paint
off of things, he is old school and I remembered
him as a kid would heat up adhesive glues
(fumes all through the house, LOL)
over the kitchen stove for it to bind better and such.

I only warned since I remembered something
about it, as for me I am a little more cautious
these days with chemicals/cleaning products
due to my DADDY role (kids) and having
asthma (not FUN!) that has developed some
sensitivities to fumes/smells etc.

The thing about Magic Erasers being toxic is 100% pure bull pucky. It's just a rumor thats been going around on the internet for a couple of years. They are a highly abrasive plastic though. When I wash my quad I use a bucket of warm soapy water and a sponge. I use dish detergent like Dawn or Palmolive. Laundry detergent is too harsh for washing vehicles. I use a brush on the floorboards because the sponge doesn't get in the crevices. I've ended up with so much mud lying there when I'm done I had to shovel it into a wheelbarrow and haul it away. I spray the quad everwhere with the garden hose first. Then I wash the outside with the soapy water, then the underside of the fenders, then the wheels and tires. I never have any mud stains when I'm done. No fancy cleaners or pre-treatment, and NO POWERWASHER. You can blow all the grease out of the U-joints and CV-joints, and every other pivot point, and fill them with water.
