i put a driving light kit on my s-man, there are two 55 watt lights adn all the wiring and a swithch. the two 55 wat lights are great for seeng the trail @ night and the don't put to much draw on the battery.

really don't know the output capabilities of the hawkeye but to put it on the same circuit as the existing would not be a good idea because you don't know if the switch and wiring is capable and you would always have all the lights going. I would reccomend additional wiring and switch like huntinquad did imo.

you pretty much have to buy a quad batery every year, they just dont last, especially if the quad is stored outside!

well, would i be able to wire up an additional battery for some additional lights? what i was thinking so that i can use one or the other set of lights or both at the same time is put another battery inside one of the front storage boxes and just use a simple positive and negative wire setup between 2 lights and put the wires through the drainage hole in the storage compartment. i have one of those "motorcycle batteries" that is like the stock battery but is rectangular and just has a + and - rods on the same end. it is 12V. will this work?
