RTICKWAD Mines feels a lot better at speed and just crawling thru the bush. High speed stability is a lot better with stiffer springs. When you lean into a corner the bike will stay flatter in the corners. My first fast corner when I got my SP had me wishing I kept the Scrambler. Now with the springs my confidence is back. Sidehilling and up and down hills hasn't changed too much. A few time sidehilling the pucker factor was up a bit, but so was everyone else I was riding with.

ST,

Does your front have to match the back w/r to height? I see you have 1' inch in
the front and 2' in the back, does your new SP springs compensate for the difference
or is that the person weight factor whereby you need more in the back to prevent
the SAG effect (make sense)? (Tech discussion)

Regards,

R'

Do the spacers lift the atv, if so how much, and can you put more than one spacer per wheel, are these the $15 per pair spacers on the pure polaris website?

I have the EPI fronts with 1" spacers and a rear 2" lift and it sits pretty well level. I only have the rear springs up one notch and front to back feels pretty well equal as far as how stiff it rides. If I'm planning on riding 2-up or having some gear on the back I'll crank the springs up a bit. Or if I'm just going for mud and I want to keep as much ground clearance as I can. I think I answered your question but if not let me know

i dont know about the other ATVs, but the springs on the hawkeye are too stiff as they come. i push down on the back end and let it back up quick and it bounces the back end, not to the point where the wheels come off the gorund or anything, but it bumps when it hits the max travel.

All good info, thanks ST, yea Stendori, I was watching the video of my backend
riding on a straight take off. It really looked like I was sagging a bit in the back.
Even my cousin notices his sits up higher than mine at least it looks that way,
his doesn't have that effect, we are about the same weight and he has the 07' 700.

Just wondering if I would get more benefit in ride quality if I lifted her an inch to
two? Or re-adjusted?
