So I had to take the bike, wheeler, atv, quad, cycle or machine whatever we call them to the dealer yestarday for them to change the bushings on my swaybar. When they put it on the lift I noticed my boot had a rip in it so I just had them change it while I was there. Anyway after getting home and looking it over it seems that its blowed up with air. I tried squeezing it but it didnt come out should I just ride it and eventually it will bleed out or should I do something about it. I dont want to mess up the clamp then be stuck trying to find another one. I wasnt thinking or I would have taken the one that the tech took off. whats your opinion?? I would think it being filled with air would make it more suceptible to putting another hole in it from sticks.

Well, you should really take it back to the dealer and have them do it right! Bleeding the excess air out of the boot with a small screwdriver before crimping the small clamp is part of the regular process of installing the boot and he should know this!
