I was replying to the original post and not how the new winch sounds or opperates and since i haven't used the polaris winch i woldn't know so if you are having problems or do not like the way it works talk to your dealer or call polaris.

 

This winch is the worst. I've had 3 issues and now polaris won't even help me anymore. Its retarded...I have complained so much to polaris about it.
