your a good guy,you need to make sure that the three tangs are perfectly even+the washer is FLAT+smooth,no burrs,or it will be more$$$$$$.like i said, only $18 each!!! brand new at polaris!!!! keep me posted....just to let u know too fast put a LITTLE vaseoline on the armature plate to keep it on the hilliard,I ACTUALLY GLUE the armature plate onto the hilliard clutch cause it should NEVER leave that engagement!!!!!!!!. i can tell you if that was done sooner $$$$$ would be saved.10/4

 

OK broke it down got a few ruff edges off the armature -Tangs checked to make sure it was good and straight and all was well got it all backtogather still no luck I am soooooooo ready to wave the red flag and give I work on all my own stuff and never have I had this hard of a time lol im telling ya man im ready to freaking cry im soooo stressed lol BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.....
