Default Removing Front Fenders/Oil tank Sportsman

I want to remove front fender of 95 Sportsman to do some inspection and cleaning of front end of unit. Some bolts hard to get to, because of front grill and storage rack, But the oil tank is a mystery to me. How do you remove oil tank resevoir? It seems the tank has to be removed to take off front fender. Has anyone done this before, or know how to remove parts?

Thanks,

i found out that the oil tank is held in place with 2 rivets that need to be drilled out in order to remove oil tank.

to get the fenders off. take the cap off the oil tank, put a piece of plastic wrap over the opening with a rubber band around it to keep the dirt out. the fenders will come off then. you don't have to take the tank off to get the fenders off
