Default MAGNUM 4X4 PROBLEM

Take it back apart and clean the magnet and plate with contact cleaner and then reassemble and torque to specs(you really need a manual on this job)

Default MAGNUM 4X4 PROBLEM

I was having problems with mine and after getting it all CORRECTLY back together it still did the same thing, for some reason just hand cleaning it just did not work so I put some atf fluid in and ran it in and out of 4wheel drive for a few miles and drained it and then added more atf fluid----did it 4 times to "clean" the hub out, then the last time I put the proper amount of Polaris On Demand fluid in and its been good ever since. For some reason just hand cleaning it just did not work.
