new belt problems

check to see if it dint ruin the fiber washers beside the ebs bushings or if there isnt any stuck cords down in there.

EBS system belt is always under tension, otherwise the EBS bearing cannot do it's job.

I agree with Stendori - recently I replaced the fiber and brass "washers" (as Polaris calls them) on my primary clutches (both 500 & 700), and the problem was corrected.

Default new belt problems

make sure u put ur spacers behind the secondary clutch, try adding a spacer if u have one and if that doesn't work, take one away.
