Sorry to hear the news about the quad.

I don't know about wishing death on them, that seems pretty harsh.

I'd just go for the permanently maimed so they have to live with that all their life.

Another easy theft prevention. Take one wheel off and bring it in the house. Ever try to push one with three wheels?

Hopefully, Karma likes a good fire and that ECM will torch em where it counts.

I feel your pain jumbofrank. I had my two favorite atvs stolen a couple years ago from a "secure" area in reno at a casino. They cut the locks and unhooked it from my truck, all videotaped (surveillance cameras). Caught the dirtbag the next day with some of my tools, but no atvs. Long story short, I made several trips back to reno to testify and see this well known thief spend some time incarcerated. Instead, I got the runaround and got tired of spending my time off and money just to get jerked around by renos finest. I don't think it matters what lock you use, they will find a way to cut it. Insurance is the best defense, atleast you will recover some of your money. I do like the idea of chaining a ferocious pit bull to it! Of course, if they get bit I'm sure you will be the one who is in trouble! I fu#@$@* hate thieves.......

I figured out what to do. I can keep one wheel in my house, one in my shed, one in my truck and one on the quad. They can't get far on one wheel. But I bet it would do donuts real good with just a back tire on.

haha.. that is best idea yet! I think you should do that plus tie the pit bull to it. the dog would wake you up then you could go out side and get a good laugh as they are trying to push it while the dog is latched on to their leg.

Have you looked at any of the ATV/Motorcycle alarm systems? Scorpio makes one that has an available ignition disable also and will hook directly to the OEM wiring. Sorry to hear your machine got stolen.
