Default EFI tuning question

I've got a very slow connection so it's hard to surf and look around other sites. Makes me value this board very much.

What's the best way to get more power out my 06 500 E.F.I. Sportsman?
Do you use something like a PowerCommander like I use on my Busa?

I've put the 2" Hi-Lifter kit on it with 28" I.T.P. Mud Lites on 14" rims and would like to get some more low end 'ooomph'.

And who's making the pipe with the most power for these bikes that isn't gonna scare everything in the woods?

Is a clutch kit (spring and weights??) worth looking into?

A bigfoot-type clutch kit is the first thing to consider with 28" tires to get your low end back.

I don't know if you can really do anything with the 500 EFI but they make a Power Commander for the 700 and 800. Maybe somebody makes them for the 500 and 600 too.

Most pipes are going to be of minimal benefit by themselves. Maybe 1-2 HP gain.

i agree w/ 28" you should have some kind of clutch kit to help turn those big tires off the start. use low range for sure when it the hard stuff or bye bye belt.
