i have a 00 tboss 325.... i took it out of the back yard this morning and loaded it on the trailer it seemed to be running fine..... i didnt run it all day(making mods to the trailer for 2 quads instead of one). late in the evening i turned on the keyswitch and i heard the oil cooler fan come on..... i started the bike and it seemed to be running fine, then i put the bike in gear and immediately the hot indicator light came on....... what could this be? could it be a bad sensor or switch? has anyone else had this kind of problem? i havent had the oil lines replaced yet but my dealer has them on order....

Check all the electrical connections and put dieelectric greese on each connection You have a short somewhere or maybe a bad ignition switch. Also check your ground from the frame to the moter.

It is a bad temperature sensor. I had it happen on mine and a friend had the same thing. I have heard they had a recall on this for 325 Magnum but somehow not T-Boss even though it is same engine. I just unplugged mine (right on top of oil cooler) until I can get to dealer.
