Amazing results! Thanks to everyone for the help. Here is the times I promised:
Pre-Modification: 0-38 mph 11.2 seconds
Now: 0-38 mph 8.1 seconds
Also....that doesn't begin to describe the extra low end power I'm getting. I took it on a hill that I usually struggle with. This thing took it so fast I had to let off the accelerator twice.
Very cheap and fast mod.
My Hawkeye has 24inch Swamp Fox tires which is what started this whole adventure. I would highly recommend a similar config.</end quote></div>
I'm also curious about top speed with the lighter rollers. For even MORE low end grunt install a SuperTrapp IDSX muffler. Made a big difference on mine.

Very nice results. The low end was definitely improved on mine with the roller swap with the 25" mudlites. Glad to hear that it worked for you and I for one am pleased to see actual data to back up what we have said. Thanks for the report.
I think I lost maybe 4 mph top end, but I don't like going over say 25-30 anyway so the mid 40's is plenty fast for me.

Ok.....I did my top speed today....and I must say I'm little confused but very happy. I thought for sure the lighter rollers would really reduce my top end....but it didn't.
I reached 50mph when before I was able to reach 52.
I was unable to time it. I just don't have a long enough straightaway where I live to do timings up to 40+. Finding a straight, flat road in these mountains can be quite difficult. Rather, I coasted around a corner going 30 and punched it. Anyways, this is the same straightaway that I did my top speed before any modifications.
So again, I'm really surprised I can still do 50. It got there pretty darn quick.
If you are wondering, I've been using this calculator to calculate my actual MPH with my larger 24" Swamp Fox tires:

Before the mod with stock tires I hit 50 mph on the speedo, after the mod and larger (25" mudlites) tires I have not been on a straight long enough again to feel comfortable running wide open for a long stretch, but I have seen 42 on the speedo, which is about 47.7 mph with the new tires conversion factor, so I guess i only lost about 2mph like you did. Its worth that trade off, without question.

I just removed 2 from mine, I also run 25" mudlites and I lost MPH with the rollers and the tires. BUT It's so much quicker that mine will get squirrelly (I only run about 7 to 8 lbs in my tires)
