Can someone tell me how to replace the bushings in my rear swaybar. I took the bolt and washer out and put the new one on but it doesent seem to want to line back up right to tighten them down. Is there something more I have to do to get this right? I dont want to have to drive to the dealer to get it done or to buy more bushings cause I didnt get it right the first time. Thanks!

Thanks Sheep, are there any tricks or advice for replacing them. I'll try and figure something out about the weight on the racks. Any other advice or pointers or even step by step instructions would be sweet!

If you unbolt the stabalizer bar, that has the square hole in it and take it off first, then you can change all the bushing quite easily because they won't have any tension on them. You might have to use a little muscle to get the bar back over the square hole, I just tap it on with a rubber mallet.

Sheep,
I started to read your second sentence "I had my wife sit on the rear rack .." and thought damn, he's a dead man!! Good save with mention of the sand bags ...
