Yea, I can't find it, I still keep looking. Here is a good thread this is
a neat idea too. But the one i was looking for was the guy who mounted
it inside flat in the front cargo box, it looked stock believe or not. i had pics,
check this out in the meanwhile and you can jump from here too.

The guy who did that to his bike did a very good job with what he had to work with . I don't think I want to take it that far anymore though . Polaris needs to raise the rads plain and simple. I'm liking that idea of laying it flat in the cargo area though. That would be neat. Thanks 'R

I have seen several radiators laid flat on Kings and Grizzlies at the mud holes we frequent. They had the rad laid right on top of their tube racks with the fan up pulling air from the bottom. They told me it works very well though the fan runs a lot more then in the stock location. I think this looks much better then the angled mounting you generally see and the rad doesn't cut visibility.
I do have to wonder how much hot air comes off the rad into your face on a hot day and I'm not sure how well this would work with the solid plastic racks on the SP...You would have to keep space between the rack and rad for air flow!?
Personally I am working on a screen to back up the radiator guard and catch the mud before it gets to the rad and plugs things up!

LOL. The only thing you can see with the high-beam is the radiator. Not much good for a midnight run. I like the "lay it flat in the cargo box" idea better. Get a 1'x3' radiator and 3 fans blowing straight up and it should stay cool all day.
