No Spark

Default No Spark

2000 Sp 500 will not spark. Changed the spark plug, but still no luck. Magneto?

Default No Spark

Check the plug wire to the coil for a pinch or cut.

i always start form the pulg backward because it gets more expensive the farther you go until you get to the stator.

As stated on previous post, pulser usually the culprit, damage usually from mud and grit, there is a drain plug on bottom of recoil that most people forget about. hope this helps.
