Default Scrambler 90 won't stay running

I have a 2001 Polaris Scrambler 90 for my daughter. It will run for about 30 minutes and then stops and you can't get it started again without taking the carb apart. If anyone has any suggestions as to what the issue maybe, it would greatly be appreciated!!!

Check for water in fuel system, flush tank, filter, carb, then fresh gas. If continues to die other problems! Most problems I've had on 50's and 90's are dirt/ mud in stators. Also check little tube on top of carb with red plug,if tube split replace, found a few like this when cleaning carbs. Also Little trick on starting when sitting up for a while, block air tube with thumb, since elec choke doesnt work properly at times, allowing more fuel than air to help start. Just dawned on me that tube with red blockoff might just be on later models with manual choke,Kinda brain dead right now,its late, going to bed!
