Default Polaris 2009 line ups?

Its not for sure but I heard that 70 hp atv and rzr is coming. The rzr will be 10 inches wider for the dunes and such.
I dont know how an atv can handle that much hp, but should be interesting.

Yea I know what you mean Charlie. I guess
with that many more ponies these things
are going to be looking to be used suffice
for a Tractor, course nothing beats the pull
of a Tractor though.

I'd rather see a kick start. Pull starting those big engines is rough when you have a bad shoulder like I do now. Kick starting one would be easier I'd think and have far fewer moving parts and things to break. I know it's a heck of a lot easier to kick start my old Honda than it is to pull start my Polaris.

Good eye CaptainQuint. A kick starter sounds better than a pull start. A compression release would be needed in any manual start on big boy engines I would think too.

I think will see a new sportsman with a true 850 V-twin engine made by Weber engines. Duel a arms up front and maybe light Wight... and new body styling...hope for power steering also.

Fluid Drive...?
I hope they make me want to sell this Scrambler! The 850 sport rumor really has my attention! This baby will be for sale the next day!

Don't know if its true, but I heard they're considering the re-introduction of the india rubber variable lift camshaft in all models.

Hopefully no fluid drive, how do you mod it? Polaris will never put a v-twin in an ATV, they would of done it already.

Not sure about that Kuvie. With Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, and Can-Am having V-twins, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Polaris got into that game. After all, the current design twin (parallel, pushrod, 2-valve) cannot compete with a V-twin of the same displacement without forced induction. And I don't see that happening.

I am not sure about more power, but I would like a quieter engine and power train in a utility ATV. I have been thinking about wherein earplugs under the helmet.
