clutch measurements

Default clutch measurements

can someone tell me what the center to center measurement is between the drive and driven pulleys, im using this and the transmission on a golf cart and have no reference about the location thanks in advance robby

Welcome, I see this is your 1st post, Ive found that on the internet a lot of things are pretty much guesses so try to be a bit more specific--yr/model/size--when asking any question it helps.

i believe that its 10 inches center to center on all polaris atvs. once you get that, youll need to get a clutch alignment tool to make sure that they are straight.

dont forget they are off set as well, hence you need the alignment tool. i cant remember the off set its like 5/8" or somewhere close i think.

supposedly the unit i got it off of is a 93 250 4x4 that s all the info i have about it. also would i have to go to the dealer for that tool and does anyone know what it runs ill really only be needing it once so...

bump..does anyone know the exact offset so i dont have to go by the tool
