Default 2005 Sportsman 500 H.O No Electric/Power

Hello all,
you are my last hope. I was driving and suddenly all power was gone. Even the needle of the speedometer still stays on the previous speed. I was told that my starter solenoid (magnetic switch) is faulty and I replaced it. No change. Than I was told that the ECM is faulty (there was a recall) and has to be replaced, so I did that (actullay got it for free on warranty) but no change. There is no electric action at all. I can't pull start her either.
Since I'm living in the Arctic I was hoping to get a few more rides out of her before the winter starts again for 8 month.
Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated.

Thanks
Andy

starting w/ the basics did you check all connections starting w/ the battery and going up thru? also check the grounds. trace power up thru to the switch to see if theres any going up to it and thru it. make sure the kill switch isnt grounding out as it wont let any power thru if its on> just a start for ya.
