Default I'm a Rookie Trying to Change All My Sportsman Fluids!!

I'm hoping I can get some help from some of you experts on changing my fluids. I've had some bad experiences wtih my local dealer (and I want to save a few bucks), so I'm planning on changing all my fluids on my 2 - 2007 Sportsman 500 SP this weekend. Here's a list of what I can figure out that needs to be done based on the manual:

Change Oil Filter - I bought the Polaris oil filter change kit, and the manual shows fairly clear how to do this, so it should be fairly easy.
Change demand drive fluid - I bought a quart of Demand Drive LT Premium Fluid, which should be enough for both quads. The manual
shows fairly clear how to do this, so it should be fairly easy.
Change transmission oil - I bought 2 quarts of Polaris AGL Synthetic Gearcase Lube, which should be enough for both quads. The manual shows fairly clear how to do this, so it should be fairly easy.

My questions are:
Are my assumptions and fluids listed above correct?
My manual also says that I should change the rear gearcase oil (if equipped), but it doesn't list the fluids to buy, show how to change it, or even say if mine is "equipped". I know I really sound like a rookie, but how can I figure out how to change the rear gearcase oil, and what fluid to use?

Any help/instructions any of you can offer would be greatly appreciated - THANKS!

The 500 transmission and rear gearcase fluid are the same. It's all in the same case. I just changed my front and rear diff fluids on my 07 500SP 2 months ago.
