Any one haveing the same problem with their 250 not engaging into high. Just makes a grinding noise. Everyonce in a while I can get it to go in and go a short distance but then goes to grinding again. Reverse and netural fine. Any one know what the problem could be. And also, what kind of tranny fluid do they take. I am new to this, I just bought it. Thanks
