The scrambler quit , it has spark and turns over fine. Put in new plug for the heck of it and sprayed some starting fluid into the sparkplug hole to see if it would start.No go,it won't even fire.What the heck,it has spark and fuel .

Is the exhaust plugged water or mud . How did it die what were the circumstances and is there lots of compression

 

Check stator for dirt and mud,MOST of the time no spark on 50 and 90 are stator related. clean,pull flywheel if have puller,clean pulser(little plastic piece with 2 wires) out side of flywheel area. Good luck

 

It HAS spark , I am thinking somehow the ignition timing got out of wack and I will check the exhaust also.

SORRY getting blind, check compression since you said had fire and I overlooked! As posted above see if pressure coming out of exhaust when turning over. Had one customer open his exhaust with a long punch, noisy,but less restrictive.
