ya, something similar happened to me. i was draining the bad fuel in my fuel lines on my hawkeye and i turned the fuel valve off and filled it up with gas and tried to get it started. i worked on it for about 2 hours trying to get it started and found i left the fuel valve off, LOL!

 

I have had the same thing happen also. After my winch install the machine wouldn't start. I thought I jacked something up during the install. I was racking my brain for quite awhile trying to figure it out, then I saw the dang switch was off. I must have bumped it mounting the winch switch.
