You mentioned PA so you must be talkin to me. Im on your side. I was trying to make a point to ss97. He said that parks get closed down because of people not wearing their helmets. What i was trying to say was ....if you cant get into a state owned park without a helmet, why would they shut the place down because or a person not wearing a helmet. When i said about private rideing spots i meant privately owned but open to the public. They also require helmets so why would they get closed down because of the no helmet wearers.
Just for the record , i dont wear a helmet but i also do not go to the public/private spots.

Ok, sorry about the helmet thing. Not Rowe's fault. I sneaked down to PA and hid them when no one was around.
