When I crank my ranger it will idle fine. When I try to accelerate it stalls immediately. It will start up again and idle but will continue to stall with throttle.

I have drained fuel. Added fuel additive. the pressure from the fuel pump seems very low. I can put my finger gently over the fuel line and restrict flow.

Any suggestions on what to try next.

4010658 fuel pump updated to 4011545 on later models,could be the problem OR carb jets stopped up? Is fuel flowing steady with key on and line disconnected from carb?

 

No, it kind of sputters. Sometimes when you keep trying to get it to rev up you can mess with it until it finally runs, but it eventually stops running when you put it under a load. May be trash. I dunno.
