is there an alternative to polaris adc fluid??

not tp my knowledge. maybe mobil has something for the hillard clutch. for just the small amount of times would change front end fluid just buy the polaris and know that it is right. imo.

Default alternative

I don,t mine substitute every other fluid but for the Hillary clutches .I would stick with Pure Polaris. My Clymer Manual says ATF Type "F" can be used on the older hub Hillary set ups.

Adc fluid is similar to brake fluid.You only need to change it every 2 years so why skimp on it.

I'm not sure there is an alternative that would perform as well. I personally can't see trying to save a few bucks in maintenance after paying $9k for mine [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
