Default Polaris 325 rev problems

I am having trouble with my 2001 Polaris 325 Trail Boss. It starts and idles fine. When you rev it up, it only revs to half throttle and tops out. I dipped and cleaned the carb, put a new fuel pump on, new stator, new coil and it still has the problem. I sprayed straight gas into the carb while running and it still would not rev up, so it is not a fuel problem. It is a 4 stroke, so it does not have reeds or am i wrong? Can anyone give me any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Under front cover there are 3 modules, you might try disconecting limiter module (I believe on the 01 located on left side of frame as you are facing machine,IF carb and everything else including clutches have been ruled out. Good luck

its possible that the slide is not moving up all the way or at all, remove airbox and look into carb while applying throttle to see if slide is moving, machine will run like crap when airbox is off so don't get discouraged when it runs worse, your just looking to see if slide is moving. if slide sticks it won't let the extra air or fuel it needs to run at higher rpm's.
