Default POLARIS TRANSMISSION GUTS

hi all, i have a 00 scrambler 4x4 and im trying to slow down the front drive shaft about 25% for a project im workin on.

i see i could probably do this by changing the drive and driven gears for the front output shaft. the drive gear is 16 tooth and the driven gear is 14 tooth. i could achieve this by just floping around these two gears BUT they have different spline sizes (probably so they wont get mixed up during assembly).

maby someone offers these gears if someone wanted to go to a different tire size (bigger).

does anyone know of such a kit. thanks....

i don't know what your idea is but if you don't do it correct you will not be able to steer it in awd.it will be so tight+hard (thats what she said) because if the ratio's are incorrect once you flip the switch it will become full time, which it is not what the system is designed for.....

yes, i know this. i am also slowing down the rear drive axle. thats easy though by changing sprockets. as long as the front tires are turning faster than the front axels ill be ok....thanks
