The plow & frame seemed fine, it's the mount plate, it flexes which in turn puts the stress on the brush guard. And those brush guard are pricey

 

I have had my Glacier I since 05 and it is currently on my 09 800. No issues with it whatsoever. I live in Northern MN and plow about an acre (yard and driveway). The only upgrade I will be doing is buying the 60" Razor blade. I did have issues with loading it into my truck with standard ramps until I bought a set of longer, arced ramps that work well.

 

Talk to me oh mighty one-SWITOMATIC, I too live in Northern MN, have a '07 800 X@ and was considering putting the Glacier set up on it. Have a long driveway, about 2-3 blocks, plus a large area to clear for shop. Currently have a '00 Ranger 6x6 with plow set up, and was looking for the wife to get out and assist

 

Hey Uncertified, where do you live in Northern MN? I'm in Duluth. Does the wife know about your plans-LOL. Probably ordering the new plow sometime in the near future. Glad to see they still make that stuff for the Glacier I mount.
