how about worst case here what problems??? any thing serious?
just got back from garage and confermed its the oil. (sorry bad pic)

Default NEED HELP

Drain the oil and change it and filter, was the ATV running OK? If so, you probably caught it in time. My four stroke Honda outboard motor jumped off the boat and sank to the bottom of the lake, and ran OK once I changed the oil.

Thats alot of water so make sure you hose from the crank to the air box did not pop off at either end.

damn hell of a deal with the boat [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] yeah motors strong seems like it might be slippin when first taken off. thinkin and hoping just the belt on that seems to have alot of play in it. what oil is recominded for this. (2000 scrambler 400 2x4)

Default NEED HELP

Its a 2 stroke 400 scrambler! Now I'm confused,what is that filler cap for then? Must just be the tranny fluid then thats milky.

If you got into that much water your belt cover may have water in it also, usually just idling in neutral will dry that out.

yeah i was wondering what gender your bike is but i geuss it could be either,both has same color discharge, just in different amounts,,,,,,,,,,,,,

yeah its a two stroke and it hasn't been rode in months just got out of garage to start up and rode around yard. and belt side completly dri. dont ever recall it beein ridin in deep water. (like that for awhile then if so?)

what oil is recomenend for this bike never got book with it when bought it. i haven't had it real long and was just sittin in a barn before i got it. one of those to good to be true deals.... how long would you run it between oil changes in a case like this?
