All Oil Attracts moisture and with out sufficient heat it just collects. Example: Grandma drives to the supermarket that is only 1 mile away, that is all the driving she does and after a 1 year Period she never makes the 3K oil change interval she will have a large amount of water from condensation in the engine oil. with out sustained operating temperature drive the water just collects.
