Question on Sportsman Models

The 500s are great machines, carb or EFI. The 600 doesn't have much more power but has a lot more torque, like 25% more. The 700 and 800 obviously have a lot more power even if they're really 20-40 cc smaller than the name suggests.

Thanks for the input, now the tough decision is trying to decide on which machine to buy.
I have 5 Sportsmans within 25 miles, the majority are 2005 models that I am going to try to look at this weekend, any hints on things to look for?
I guess my main concern is trying to keep from buying one that has ingested water into the engine.

You may just want to check with some dealerships
selling at whole sale, you may get a better deal.
I don't know your price range, but a buddy told
me that the same model I bought for $7639 last
year is now $6k, dealerships are trying to push
them out the door, you may get an 08 at a great
deal new and under warrenty. -- IMO
