what slow process video on this page..jumping a big machine is very hard on belt if accelerating when landing..Just my opinion...</end quote></div>
seriously i was gettin like an entire foot of air... if that causes a belt to snap after only 20hrs of riding i dont need the quad after all... just my .02
they shouldn't lable it XP for extreme performance and give it 70hp if it cant handle 1-2ft of air!

Look at it this was guys.
He just spent $10,000 for an ATV!
FIRST belt should be replaced no charge NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
WTF is wrong with this dealer!</end quote></div>
I couldn't agree with you more!!! They tried to charge him for just mounting up his brand new wheels and tires that he had purchased FROM THEM!!!! I had to speak up when they told him that crap.
Oh, yeah, and that check was made out for alittle more than that.

I agree.........I sent an email to epi asking when they planned on getting a heavy duty belt out for the 850xp. We'll see what they have to say.</end quote></div>
All belts are Considered Heavy Duty and made the same , Polaris just makes there belts the same strength Don,t matter if it goes on a 300 trail Boss ATV or 850XP.
Just like the SKI-Doo OEM Belts are made of the same material for there 18hp 250 Tundra or there 170hp 800 Mach Z just the belts part Number changes do to length, width and edge angle, but one is not stronger made than each other.
The ATV belts off a Polais sled and there ATVs are built to the same strenght and they would have to make there ATVs alot more powerful to get close to there sleds. If anything the belts are under stressed on a 70 hp ATV.
