After see ing your prints... the very top wire coming from the regulator going to battery is the one to check.....However, I can read the wire number in the pic.... but check voltage on that pin.. should read battery voltage

WOW...I had a long day and no access to a computer, thank y'all for the input. A lot to think about, which should I try first? Should I try checkin out the Control modular? I haven't had my quad all that long and am just steppin into all this work on it that I have never done before so I wanna b sure im doin the right thing before I start tinkering with it.
Y'all know so much, this is awesome. Thank you!

Nope I haven't...cause of having to live in an apartment right now, my quad is kept about 30 mins away from where I am. Momma is gettin married this weekend so it will be a couple days until I can get around to that, and to be able to do it I am gonna have to get a charge to my battery.

i agree with checking ur regulator out, usually it's not the stator, usually the regulator haven't really replaced alot of stators on polaris machines have on a couple jap bikes but they were older too

Evenin Kerbbirds
Question for ya, How would you know it was the reg and not the stator? I agree it's a good chance it's the reg. but in my thinkin I would have to start at the souse and go from there. If the stator isn't putting out then the reg would not show anything and I wouldn't know which is not workin.
