Thank you for the info. I cranked on it a bit more and now I have 22.85 or so and no clearance issues. It has a ton of space, I don't know why it didn't come that way. Now the horns need to arrive.

HO...I just ordered the ITP Terracross (26x9x14 front and 26x11x14 rear) for my 550 XP. It took me a while to relocate your post on bending the swaybar. Have you noticed any adverse handling since bending your bar??? Additionally. did you just put the hooks/S hooks together and "wrench down" on the strap...the picture in the thread does not show how you connected the ends together. I just want to make sure I do it correctly. Also, how much/what width do you think I should bend the swaybar to clear the tires? I hate to bend the bar, but I wanted the Terracross tires. I did not see any 26x10x14's that I liked.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Default Sway arm on 850

Is it relatively easy to remove the sway arm to do the bending, or did you do it with the sway arm on the 2009 850?

Apparently the 2010 unit has a different sway arm with better clearance. Has anyone bought the new part and swapped out the sway arm?

You don't have to remove the swaybar, just disconnect the end links and rotate the ends to the rear so you have clear access between the ends while bending.

Yes for 2010 Polaris changed the swaybar and it does allow more tire clearance, but unfortunately it isn't as simple and just bolting a 2010 sway bar on the 2009s,the new swaybar has its ends facing the rear so the A-arms are also different to accomodate that orientation.
