Its nice to have both choices. My storage box is fully loaded with hunting equipment and things! I only put it on when I need it, when just out riding I prefer my stock rack. I have gun racks mounted on it and it works great, plus that way all my "stuff" isnt getting bounced around when it doesnt need to be.

this is exactly why I always install my own parts. I know most dealers just figure you wont need it - not that they are trying to scam you. but it is still crap

I would want every nut, bolt and screw that came off it too. you definately always want to have the option of putting it back the way is was without "I'm missing..........."

when i got my storage box i just put it on myself and had to remove the front rack. but i just realized that when they installed my winch they never gave my the cover that they removed. not really a big deal i guess but it is part of the machine i paid for i should get it. guess i will call the dealer tomorrow and hopefully be able to pick it up.

Yea I hear that one same thing happened to me! I got the grill/cover back and trimmed it out to go around the front of my winch. It looks good and helps keep stuff from getting in there so easy! (another idea from HO)LOL!
