Here is a picture of the lights and the switch. The pod has 4 outlines for switches. I used a Dremmel for the light and handwarmer switches.

I thought this thread was going to be about a pain in the *## type of headlamps but I see it`s about a brand name that is PIAA.

How much were those hand guards and do you have the part #. Thanks.</end quote></div>

well i just happened to have the parts catalog right here....lol
the part number depends on color but the black is 2875709-177 for the xp and 2874871 177 for the others!

i just would like to add i have broken the throttle side TWICE they are kind of fragile but i have to say that its frickin cold since i got the machine at the very least -10 Celsius WELCOME to CANADA!!! LOL I would suggest the ones that have a aluminum mount...IMO

and to loader boy i have taken off the headlight pod and holy fu&k theres a jumble of wires in there i have heated hand, thumb, back up lights and the PIAA's and the dealer did it all as part of the PDI sorry big guy

Bytor how do ya like those tires they look MEAN and 28" wow do they rub??? you should see highoctanes post about the front end rubbing

David: Thanks, I really like how they look. Just got them this past weekend and haven't had them on the trails yet but they are surprisingly smooth on asphalt. I seriously considered the XTR's, like them too, decided to try the Zillas since they were a little less $$. I did read highoctanes post, will definitely keep an eye on the front.
