Default XTR vs Zilla

I too have heard they run short..and good point about the section width..if that is accurate they likely would fit.

what a difference, 28" zillas are the same height as 26" bighorns? wow.

the only reason i was looking at the 12" is that i was looking for a 27" tire. i could go with the 26" zillas. is the bighorn a good trail and mud tire?? ill have to do some reading on that. i never thought about the bighorn....

I bought 27'' XTR's for my 08 sportsman 800, mounted them on the stock cast wheels. The first ride the front tires shook real bad. I took them to a tire shop to have them balanced, one would need about 20oz. I contacted ITP and tald them my problem, they sent me 2 new front tires free of charge including shipping. I have not tried Maxxis tires, had Vampires on my 700 with real good luck, but i'm real happy with the XTR's and ITP.
