Hey opt, your dealership sounds to me like a dealership that I would take my new XP for every service. What State do you work in? I'm here in SD. I am willing to pay fair rates for good quality service. Just this one instance cost me more for an oil change than a tractor dealer charges me to change oil on my New Holland deisel 33 hp tractor. Some of my larger equipment takes more $$$ for an oil change but thats multiple gallons of synthetic going in at one time. Also do you charge the same for all machine or do you have a special rate for the machines that are sold at your dealership?

 

Texas is a long drive for an oil change!! Same price for just an oil change whether bought here or not!
