I had a wobble in my front wheel after I took it apart to check the bearings and found out later that you need to torqe the nuts that hold your front wheel on 12-14 ft lbs. That was on my 99 sportsman 500.

Probably has a worn out aluminum hub on the end of the shaft.COMMON to go on the MAGNUMS ,Ive changed mine several times.Shafts are steel, hubs are aluminum.Designed like that because its positive trackion. If you ride on hard surfaces they wear out quick.Easy to fix, cost around 100 depending on year/RIM DESIGN.The ones on my 02 cost more than our 00.
