Can't say too much when its modded, but if it is popping out, it has to be either the clip not holding(expand it outward and try again) or the problem is in where the clip hooks into the casting on the joint.

there was someone on here awhile ago w/ the same issue and he also has heat issues w/ it melting the cv boots i beleave. i think he had to either take the lift back out or change back to the polaris axles. hopefully they will read this and and post to it thier results.

Default Axle

Take a look at the circlips from Gorilla and the stock polaris axles. My Gorilla ones were considerably thicker so I used the polaris ones on them with no issues. Thinking that because they are thicker your axle clips may not be seating all the way in the diff housing.

ive tried the polaris clips and the gorilla clips, and both of them dont hold the axle in. i have the stock polaris clip in the right side and it has yet to give me a single problem. the differential splines are good, as is the surface the clip is supposed to hold to. im stumped. i think im going to send the axle in to gorilla and see if they can find anything wrong with it.

Stupid question...you are sure that the axle is going in ALL the way, right?

Just making sure.

How often the simplest solutions elude us!
