bought a polaris 90cc 4 wheeler think its a 2003 sportsman its yellow had no carb bought a carb for it everything bolted to it but it seems like its to big it hits the motor ill take a picture and if any 1 has a picture i could see with the air cleaner of the same motor that would help me alot 2nd problem is the starter the wirings all messed up so i made my own wire setup for the start but the wires keep burning out when i touch them to the battery do i need thicker wire is that y and the start turns the motor over but not fluidly it like stops for a second as its turning over i can get it to run tho for a couple a seconds any help would be great thanks
